Papaya Salad
Anyone else feel like emotionally it’s still spring even though it absolutely feels like summer outside? I can’t believe fall is approaching. In my mind we are still deep in tropical fruit and tomato season 😅
However. If you want to make something that feels like summer and paradise, This refreshing papaya salad is everything!
This is one of those recipes that creates varied servings and doesn’t have to be exact. Play around with the ratios of every ingredient based on what you like, you can put less honey, more limes, less onion, all up to you! May your day be as bright as this plate!
