Buffalo Chickpea Collard Wraps
As much as I live to cook (and eat) sometimes it’s really nice to make something that’s going to nourish me- but also make my life easier the next day.
I firmly believe food is meant to be as fun as it is tasty, however practicality is also important when setting yourself up for success in a kitchen. What are you actually going to eat? What are you willing to make? Meet yourself there- the baby steps you take to move into the best direction for yourself have to start somewhere!

TO MAKE THESE:
I just cut up the veggies I wanted in the wrap, smashed some canned (rinsed and drained) chickpeas with The New Primal buffalo sauce, garlic powder + onion powder, and a little Primal Kitchen Foods mayo, rolled it all up into a collard burrito and that’s it!
Such an easy meal to have on hand. You can put whatever you want inside of a steamed collard leaf. Make it your own! And that’s it- lunch is ready! This truly reminded me of when we used to have family wing nights as a kid!
