Dairy Free Tzatziki

I think it honestly took me dating my partner and seeing how little sauce he needs on his foods to make me realize, I am a true sauce addict. Now granted, this totally depends on what we are eating- but most of the time, I am very excited to lather my food, shameless even.

Enter tzatziki. I’ve always loved any sauce that is sour cream/ yogurt based because I live for both creaminess and acidity in my food. My last meal would probably have tzatziki or some form of crema involved in it.

I knew I had to find a dairy free version of this and thanks to Kite Hill Foods, I have, and it’s SO easy to make!⁣
