Protein Cookie Dough
I remember growing up, it seemed like anytime me and my friends wanted to bake cookies, most of them would just end up eating the raw cookie dough. I always felt a little weird that I wasn’t in on this obsession. I never liked cookie dough ice cream, I was definitely more of a cookies and cream person. And when it came to cookies, I wanted the real thing, I wanted that crispy brim with that gooey chocolatey warm center.
But this recipe makes it pretttty hard to not be a fan and best of it all, it’s made with some pretty fantastic ingredients.

- n a high speed blender, blend soaked cashews and MCT oil until perfectly smooth.
- In a mixing bowl combine collagen, protein, and cinnamon, slowly pouring in the cashew blend and folding together.
