Pumpkin Pie Bites
Pumpkin. Pie. Bites. and they taste like all your pumpkin spice dreams!
I Made these for a client and was inspired by cinnamon fat bombs (which are also delicious).
No sugars, dairy, or gluten, just organic pumpkin purée, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, Bulletproof brain octane oil, and coconut butter. It’s like if pumpkin pie and cake made a little bridge snack baby .
Pumpkin Pie Bites

Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp melted coconut butter
- 3 tbsp Bulletproof octane (or any MCT oil would work fine!)
- 2 tbs virgin coconut oil
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 2 tsp no alcohol vanilla extract
- 3 tbs pumpkin pie spice
- 4 heaping tbs organic pumpkin purée
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 1/3 cup almond flour
- sprinkle cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl melt coconut butter and oil, add in all other wet ingredients, give the mixture a whisk. Add in both flours and whisk again until combined.
- Place the mixture in fridge until firm and scoop dough out (I use a cookie scoop) to form little bite sized snack balls. Store in fridge or freezer
